What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Hair must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
Products cannot be worn, installed, washed, dyed, brushed, or otherwise manipulated.
All tags, seals, and original packaging must remain intact.
A copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, any products that show signs of use or alteration cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please allow up to 5-10 days for your return or exchange to be processed once received.
